The flu sucks
I'm on Day 4 of having the flu and it sucks. My body hasn't ached like this since I was in a car wreck years ago. And my lungs feel (and sound) like they're stuffed with wet cotton. Beau is being an angel, as usual, making sure I have everything I need. I wish I'd gotten the flu shot months ago, but just kept putting it off. So, if you haven't gotten a flu shot...go get one NOW! I guess the only bright side to being sick is that I'm half-way through both books that I'm reading (Queen of Bedlam by Robert McCammon and the bio of a California librarian - Free For All). And I've lost 6 pounds in 4 days. The Flu Diet. LOL!
